Personal Expertise: Owners Jackie & Gary hosted their own wedding here in 2024, and bring that insight to help guide yours. Jackie is a seasoned wedding planner and officiant with over 30 years of production experience and 300+ ceremonies; Gary is an Emmy Award-winning producer with an eye for detail and beauty.
Full-sensory experience: Imagine getting ready in our luxurious and bohemian bridal suite. Picture a heartfelt ceremony in front of the house with the mountains framing your vows, a cocktail hour glowing with the New Mexico sunset on our wraparound porch, and an al fresco dinner under the stars in our private backyard. At Tumbleweed Ranch, your celebration becomes a full-sensory experience—one rooted in beauty, intention, and belonging.
Local Support: We offer trusted referrals to the best local florists, photographers, musicians, stylists, chefs, and more—because we've worked with them and planned our own day here.

At Tumbleweed Ranch, we provide a one-of-a-kind setting and expert support to make your wedding day unforgettable. Our intimate Western venue is ideal for couples seeking a deeply personal and stylish celebration with professional assistance every step of the way.
Venue Rental — $3,500
Includes exclusive access to the ranch for your wedding day, plus on-site Venue Management to oversee the venue's readiness, coordinate vendor setup, and support you throughout the event.
Pricing includes 20–30 guests.
For additional guests, please add $75 per person for up to a maximum of 50ppl
Includes use of ceremony and reception/dining areas for guests, plus a designated green room for vendors
On-site ceremony rehearsal the day prior (outdoor space)
Bridal Suite — $500
Relax and prepare in our luxurious en suite bedroom and private sitting room, perfect for bridal prep, quiet moments, and stunning photos. This intimate, thoughtfully designed space creates a calming and elegant start to your day.
Honeymoon Suite — $600
End your celebration in comfort and style by spending the night in our honeymoon couple suite. This cozy and private accommodation lets you wind down after the festivities and enjoy a peaceful morning on the ranch.
Day-of Coordination (Required) — $2,500
Our Professional Day-of Coordinator (DOC) ensures every detail is executed flawlessly, so you can relax and enjoy your celebration. Includes:
Pre-event consulting services to help curate your timeline, layout, and logistics
Referrals for local vendors
Full-day coordination of your wedding timeline, vendor team, and guest experience
Management of setup, transitions, and behind-the-scenes problem-solving
*Note: A DOC or full-service planner is required for all weddings. You may bring your own or hire our experienced and talented in-house coordinator.
Love Story Ceremony & Officiating — $1,000
We craft and deliver a ceremony that tells your story with heart and meaning. Includes:
A custom-written Love Story ceremony
Heartfelt officiating
Writing prompt for your personal vows
Attendance at your on-site ceremony rehearsal
Ceremony Consulting & Direction — $300

Our venue comfortably accommodates 20–30 guests, with a maximum capacity of 50 guests. We find this range allows for intimacy, flexibility, and a rich guest experience.

Our adobe-style house and surrounding natural landscape offer multiple areas for ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. The ceremony space sits against the backdrop of the mountains; the front porch is ideal for toasts and mingling and amazing sunsets; the private backyard hosts your dinner and celebration under the stars.

We offer minimum decor items. However, couples are responsible for booking all necessary rentals (including tables, chairs, linens, glassware, flatware) and custom decor through outside vendors. We are happy to recommend amazing local providers based on our own wedding experience and past client events.

To keep our pricing flexible and tailored to your needs, the Bridal Suite and Honeymoon Suite are offered as optional add-ons rather than bundled into the base venue rental. This way, couples can choose the level of comfort and convenience that fits their plans best—whether it's relaxing in a private suite while getting ready, or ending the evening in peaceful luxury on the ranch.

Yes. All weddings must have a day-of coordinator or planner. You're welcome to bring your own, or you may choose to work with our trusted in-house coordinator, who knows the property inside and out.

We recommend booking as early as possible—ideally 6 to 12 months in advance—to secure your preferred season and date. Spring and fall are especially popular in Santa Fe due to the golden light and comfortable temperatures. However, if you're planning a shorter timeline, reach out—we're happy to accommodate if availability allows.
